The Utility Clerk is responsible for:
- Updating, adding and managing utility accounts
- Posting water meter reads
- Preparing billing cycles and reports
- Collecting all utility bill payments

You can drop the form off at: Breitung Township, 3851 Menominee Street, Quinnesec, MI 49876, either by walk-in or by utilizing the drop boxes located and the front and rear of the building.
**UTILITY POLICY IN REGARDS TO RENTAL HOMES:
The Charter Township of Breitung does not switch utilities in to renter's or tenant's names. The home’s utilities will remain in the homeowner’s or landlord’s name, as they are the responsible party for all outstanding balances. If you have questions about this policy, please call the Utility Clerk at the number listed below, or the Township Superintendent, Steve Mulka, at 906-779-2055.
