WASTE MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE
The Municipal Civil Infraction ordinance No. 3 of 2009 eliminates prosecution or ordinance violations and misdemeanors and makes violations civil infractions which correspondingly reduces legal fees. The Waste Management Ordinance amendment to ordinance No. 1 of 2008 provides for exemptions from the fee, and corrects statutory references in the ordinance to proper statutes. Both ordinances were adopted on December 28, 2009 and are available for inspection at the Township Clerks office located at 3851 Menominee St, Quinnesec, MI 49876 and on the township website below.
